President and Chief Executive Officer - Mr. DiPasquale is a co founder of Newport Television. Prior to Newport Television, Mr. DiPasquale founded BlueStone Television with Providence Equity Partners and operated the 13 television station group from June 2004 through May 2007, until the sale of BlueStone Television to Bonten Media Group. Mr. DiPasquale has been a partner and operator of several successful television operating companies.
Craig Millar -
Senior Vice President Operations – 32 years of broadcast television experience. Mr. Millar previously served as Regional Vice President of Clear Channel with oversight of multiple markets. Prior to joining Clear Channel, Mr. Millar was a Regional Vice President for Sinclair Broadcasting.
Charlie Henrich -
Vice President Operations – 17 years of broadcast television experience. Previously served as Vice President and General Manager of the BlueStone Television Montana NBC station group. Prior to joining BlueStone, Mr. Henrich held sales and sales management positions in Las Vegas, Tampa, Dayton, Minneapolis and St. Louis.
Michael DiPasquale -
Vice President Operations and Associate General Counsel – Mr. DiPasquale ‘s experience in the broadcast television business includes working closely in the analysis and implementation of the Newport Television model and the day to day oversight and management of several of Newport Television’s stations. Prior to Newport Mr. DiPasquale was employed by a Kansas City law firm in the Civil Litigation Department. His Law Firm experience includes handling all aspects of litigation from the initial stages through the trial and appeal phases in both State and Federal Court. Mr. DiPasquale is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri.
John Grossi -
Vice President and Treasurer – 4 years of broadcast television experience. Mr. Grossi previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BlueStone Television. Prior to joining BlueStone, Mr. Grossi held a variety of senior finance positions for companies in Seattle and Kansas City.
Matt Hupfeld –
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer – 6 years of broadcast television experience. Mr. Hupfeld previously served as Vice President of Finance at Clear Channel. Prior to joining Clear Channel, Mr. Hupfeld held a variety of senior finance positions for companies in Dallas and Austin.
Phillip Shiver –
Vice President and Controller – 10 years of broadcast television experience. Mr. Shiver previously served as Regional Controller for Clear Channel and was responsible for financial reporting for multiple markets. Prior to joining Clear Channel, Mr. Shiver served as Director of Accounting/Assistant Corporate Controller for Raycom Media.
Gary Brown –
Vice President News. 16 years of broadcast experience. Prior to working for Newport Television, Mr. Brown was the News Director at KGTV in San Diego. Prior to joining KGTV, Mr. Brown held News Director Positions in Hartford, Providence, Toledo and Steubenville.
Ken Reiner –
Vice President Programming. 20 years of broadcast and programming experience. Before joining Newport Television, Mr. Reiner was the Group Program Director for Tribune Broadcasting in Chicago. He managed and programmed content for three separate business units – Superstation WGN, WGN-TV Chicago and WXMI-TV, Fox 17 Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Dione Rigsby – Vice President and Director of Engineering. 18 years of broadcast television experience. Mr. Rigsby previously served as Assistant Director of Engineering for Clear Channel and was responsible for engineering and information technology oversight for the broadcasting group.
Jason Gould - Senior Vice President and General Manager of Inergize Digital Media. 28 years of Broadcast experience. Prior creating Inergize Digital Media Mr. Gould was the Director of New Media for Chris Craft Television. He has worked on the design and development of new interactive applications and revenue streams for almost 20 years.
Kyelene Flaming, PHR – Human Resources Manager More than 11 years of HR experience including management, recruiting, training & development, and payroll/benefits administration. Prior to Newport, Ms. Flaming has worked for organizations such as Koch Industries and Delta Dental of Kansas and spent 10 years in the graphic design industry. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute.
Eva Wojtalewski – Associate General Counsel. 3 years of broadcast television experience. Prior to joining Clear Channel in 2006, Ms. Wojtalewski served as a litigation attorney, with an emphasis on employment law and complex litigation. Ms. Wojtalewski is licensed to practice law in California and New York.
